Adobe Air Development
No-Risk Trial. Pay only if you’re satisfied with our Adobe Air Developer.
We allow you to work with up to 3 of our Adobe Air developers for a period of up to 2 weeks to ensure a good fit and that the performance meets your expectations. You are only obligated to pay if you’re satisfied with the work product.
Hire the top 2% of the world’s best Adobe Air Developers.
We employ a very rigorous screening process to identify the strongest candidates. Our Adobe Air developers are experts in their respective domains, and all possess the interpersonal skills and character traits necessary to promote and cultivate a healthy working environment.
Managed and Un-Managed Options
Whether you require full development life cycle management or just supplemental development assistance, we can help. For your convenience, we offer both managed and un-managed development options. Our Adobe Air developers are familiar with continuous development and all major project management platforms and code versioning/tracking repositories. If you opt for our managed solution, we will support your project with AGILE project management (SCRUM) to ensure your projects stay on track and the project deliverables meet your expectations.
Affordable and Flexible
Our Adobe Air developers are available for remote and on-site engagements for your convenience. Our Adobe Air developers possess a high level of mastery and extensive working experience. The result is increased productivity, virtually no backtracking and a shortened acclimation/overhead period when working with new or innovative technologies and platforms.

STEP 1:
Our Technology consultants will add an experienced Adobe Air developer to your team

STEP 2:
The Adobe Air developer will work with your existing team and project lead or if you’ve opted for our managed solution, our PM will begin organizing the project milestones.

STEP 3:
Work is completed according to specifications (Either on-site or Remotely)

STEP 4:
Invoices are generated bi-weekly until the project concludes.
Can I have an Adobe Air developer work on-site in my office?
Yes, we offer both remote and on-site development solutions. While many of our Adobe Air developers enjoy working on-site, not every developer will be available for an on-site engagement. In such a case, we are happy to assign a similarly qualified Adobe Air developer to work on-site with you.
Do you have an Adobe Air developer in my city?
We provide on-site service to over 4000 locations and screen hundreds of new development applicants weekly. So in most circumstances, the answer is yes.
Where do your remote Adobe Air developers perform their work?
Our remote Adobe Air developers typically work from their home office or from one of our regional offices.
Where do your Adobe Air developers originate from?
Our Adobe Air developers originate from over 100 different countries.
What if I am not satisfied with my Adobe Air developer?
If you are uncomfortable or unhappy with your assigned Adobe Air developer for any reason, just let us know and in most circumstances we can replace the developer within 48 hours.
Can you explain the No-Risk trial?
We allow our clients to begin a trial period with up to three Adobe Air developers. While we rigorously screen all candidates to ensure talent and intelligence, we understand that not every person will be a perfect fit for every company. For this reason, we allow our clients to easily replace their developers until we find one with whom they are confident and comfortable.
Are there any upfront or contractual costs?
We require an initial deposit of $500 (Remote) or $1000 (On-Site) that will be applied as a credit to your first invoice. If you decide not to move forward with any of our developers, then your deposit will be refunded fully.
When are we invoiced?
Invoices are generated twice monthly. Our invoices are generated with Net 7 payment terms, allowing our clients an opportunity to review the invoice prior to processing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: Corporate Check, ACH and Bank Wires.
Who owns the legal rights to the work product created?
You do. Our contracts facilitate the transfer of all work created by our developers to you, the client.
How do you protect our intellectual property?
Through the agreements with our developers, The Code Armada obtains exclusive ownership of the work created by the developer that works with you. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work that the developer creates for you under our client engagement agreement. This pass through arrangement works fine for most clients. However, if you would like our developer to enter into a direct agreement with you to effect the direct transfer of IP property this can also be arranged.
Can you explain the difference between Managed and Un-Managed?
Our managed solution is designed to be an end-to-end solution for your development project. Your assigned developer(s) in conjunction with one of our experienced project coordinators, will take your project from the concept phase all the way to completion, testing and ultimately production.
Our un-managed solution is designed to be a supplemental solution for your development needs. Your assigned developer(s) will operate in a similar manner as an employee hired directly by you. They will utilize your existing project management strategies, adapt to your engineering standards and follow your direction completely.
